Although Thomas Hood (1799-1845) painted this rather gloomy picture of November, I have, always, found it to be a, particularly, fulfilling and productive month.  By November, we are, usually, well into our ‘residential training season’.  Having stowed our ‘box of tricks’ into the back of the car, we decamp to a succession of large country houses and management training centres, around the UK.

Alas, because of Covid-19, much of our residential work has had to be curtailed for this year. However, on the principle that, ‘The glass is always half-full; never half-empty’, it has created a new resource of available time that we have been able to devote to our Training Packages work.

By November, many organizations are half-way through their training budget year. Adverse variances, often, find training professionals looking for ways to economize. The need is to add a less expensive, but still highly effective, alternative system to their ‘training armoury’. It should enable them to achieve certain training objectives, but with greater efficiency. Many have found that the introduction of a training packages’ system has provided the answer. Could November be your time to bring more training in-house? Should you consider introducing training packages, as part of your own ‘modus operandi’?

Let’s examine what such a move would mean.

  • Training Packages are inexpensive to buy and, through regular use, the ‘per session’ cost decreases continuously. In a relatively short time, the original expenditure is completely amortised.
  • You can construct training programs, to meet your specific needs, by, appropriately, combining packages from the ‘mix-and-match’ selection, available from our catalogue.
  • Every package’s integrated training materials are designed to engage, continuously, the interest and attention of your audience.
  • As a key component of their training rationale, our training packages provide the widest possible opportunities for delegates to participate in, both, team and individual practical assignments.
  • You can train any number of suitable people to present and run packages. This, not only increases your teaching capacity, but also provides an invaluable development experience for your team.

Let November be the month, when you, further, enhance the quality and effectiveness of your training and, at the same time, get a ‘bigger bang for your buck’.

As we emerge from the Pandemic, offer something new and fresh, yet economic
